OIE Director General, Dr. Bernard Vallet, and Dr. Ghazi Yahia, OIE Regional Representative, accompanied by Dr. M. Nouroozi visited Razi Today (February 10th ).
In this short visit which was revived after the previous one that took place in 1995, Dr. Vallet was quite impressed by Razi research activities.
The importance to increase the network of collaboration, to improve animal health worldwide, and to eradicate in particular FMD and Rabies diseases in the region was underscored by Dr. Vallet.
Dr. Vallet further added that Iran with good scientists and veterinary service besides its strategic location in the region has the scientific capacity to fulfill these demands.
